CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations
Please be advised that to cancel any spa appointment we require at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged cancellation fees. To avoid being charged for your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any single service and 48 hours notice is required for group booking. Please note that we may charge 50% of the total service on any short notice cancellations or no-show appointments.

Confirmation Policy
You would agree that last-minute cancellations and “No-shows” leave our Therapists with empty appointment times. So we request you to keep this in mind and inform us at least 24 hours in advance if the eventuality of a cancellation.

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation email one week and one day prior to your appointment. However, if you do not receive an email, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrival, missed appointments and cancellation fees.

Fees
All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees. Considering that all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services. Payment Options; we accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Debit Cards. All prices and services are subject to change.
